USP Symposium on Graduate Studies, September 24th- 25th, 2015, in the FAU-USP auditorium
The Office of the Graduate Studies (PRPG) at USP will hold, on September 24th- 25th 2015, the USP Symposium on Graduate Studies. During the Symposium, the Office of the Graduate Studies will also host the awards ceremony of the 4th Edition of the USP Outstanding Thesis Award as well as the First Meeting of Professional Master Programs at USP.
The event aims at fostering productive discussions regarding the future of the Graduate Programs at USP and their relationship with society. It counts with the participation of scientific community authorities and Graduate Programs coordinators from all areas of the university.
The Outstanding Thesis Award, now traditional at the University, grants a prize and two honorable mentions for Theses that stood out in nine areas of knowledge. The award aims at contributing to increasing the quality of the Theses developed at the University of Sao Paulo. The Professional Master Programs Meeting will contribute to share and discuss essential information to support the development and growth of such programs.
