The Professional Master´s Program in Chemistry and Biochemistry Technology aims to provide continuous education at the postgraduate level for chemists, biochemists, biologists, Pharmacy majors and persons from correlated areas who are currently employed within the private sector, in order to improve their professional qualification. 

The goals of the Professional Master´s program are to:

• Empower people for advanced professional practices and procedures applied toward technical-scientific and innovative activities, aiming to supply the demands of social and professional groups, as well as for companies;

• Train qualified professionals through rigorous learning methods and scientific foundations;

• Continuously update scientific and technological advances, as well as training to implement them, focusing on the management, technical and scientific production in applied research and to propose innovations and technological improvements for solving specific problems;

• Stimulate the relationship between the university and the productive sector.
